| Expander
for knitted goods |
|
For
jersey or knitted goods, where the selvedges are bound
to curl, it is adviceable to install expanding rollers.
Such cylinders, fitted at the chamber inlet, assure
a complete extension of the fabric before its inlet.

| Automatic
temperature control and steam flow gauge |
|
It
allows to check and optimise the steam flow to the machine
istantaneously, thus obtaining important energy savings
together with a constant performance.
In addition to that, the measured temperatures are computed
to continuously find the most convenient derivates to
keep the selected temperature for the fabric treatment.
The PLC operation is mainly dedicated to the automatic
valves regulation for indirect roof heating, and to the
special and sofisticated cooling system through water
injection nozzles.
On the machine with the largest content, the system independently
controls the first and second section of the machine.
In the first section, a stronger cooling action is required
to compensate the exothermic reaction of the fabric. |

| Double
plaiting device |
|
In
case 2 fabrics have to be processed side by side, it is
adviceable to fit this device consisting of a plaiter
and an extracting roller divided in 2 halves with independent
drives, allowing to extract the 2 fabrics at slightly
different speeds, in order to compensate the possible
differences of shrinkage or extension which may arise
during the steam treatment. |

| ARIVISION
automatic control |
|
It
is possible to install an automatic supervising system
called Arivision.
Its supervision allows to monitor and record the machine
functions. The system is integrated into a PC where
the operations processed by the machine are graphically
displayed.
Every picture is dedicated to a particular function,
such as:
- machine regulations
- graphics of temperature
- steam consumption
- troubleshooting
- recipes record: all the working parameters and the
graphics may be recorded and recalled at any time. It
is also possible to include a machine start/stop menu
for automatic water and steam inlet/outlet, at the beginning
and at the end of its operation.

It’s
possibile to install special tanks with ceramic rings
for steam saturation before injection into
the steaming chamber, to compensate the steam instalation
over-heating. |

The
quantity reduction of urea and other hygroscopic products
in the printing pastes is a vital requirement today.
Particularly common is the reactive fixation of dyestuff
on cotton and viscose, where a great quantity of urea
is required for the printing pastes. Urea develops ammonia,
causing water and air pollution. The content of urea may
be strongly reduced if humidity rate is increased in the
fabric just before introducing it into the steaming chamber.
Fot this reason, Arioli has developed pre-humidifying
devices operating with steam, which, being gaseous, make
the system absolutely efficient and reliable, without
all the inconveniences deriving from spraying water directly
on the fabric.
Model A - Pre-humidifying chamber
It consists of an independent pre-humidifying chamber.
Such a chamber is made of stainless steel and insulated
by means of a convenient panel.
It is fed with saturated steam, fitted with an exhausting
fan and an inner guiding roller. The pre-humidifier chamber
has to be installed on the entry frame of the machine
in order to allow an immediate fabric inlet in the steaming
chamber for the real process of fixation.
Model B - Pre-humidifying double path
It is a device where the fabric runs into the steam first,
and then, after rapidly passing into ambient air, enters
the main steaming chamber. During the first run into the
steam, the fabric regains its natural humidity rate, then
it cools down when running in air and, by condensating,
it increases its humidity rate; after that, the fabric
is finally introduced in the main chamber for the real
treatment. The introduction hood, in this case, is directly
communicating with the steaming chamber. |
