Mini2F two phase is the Arioli steamer made on purpose for the fixation of reactives and indanthrene without urea.

In order to have a more satisfactory technical result and a higher productivity at lower costs, Arioli has developed a new version of Minivapo, equipped with a convenient mangle.

The system allows to steam reactives on cotton and viscose on short loops for knitted and woven fabrics with the well known 2 phase process.

The short loop formation allows to increase dwelling time up to 120 sec. always with a production rate of 30-50 m/min. A relatively long dwelling time also allows to reduce the concentration of silicates or alkali in the mangle.

The colour performance is better than the one obtainable with the traditional Flash Ager, and the colour uniformity is perfect both on cotton and on viscose.

Knitted fabrics can be also treated: wet on wet treatment helps dye diffusion inside the fabrics, reducing white fibre appearance when knitted fabrics are stretched. The same device may be used for vat dyes as well.

The machine may also be used as a standard steam ager for fixation in saturated and superheated steam, and for polymerisation of pigments with standard long loop treatment.
