efficiency unit with very reduced dimension, suitable
to wash off hardly fixed stuffs imbued on resistant
fabrics, for example to help washing reactives and to
eliminate thickeners.
The idrojet unit is composed by:
- a pump for a flow of 6 m3/h with an adjustable pressure
up to 7 atm
- atomization blades
- self cleaning filter group

Particularly
recommended on the first and second tank, for preparation
and after printing processes, above all for fabric releasing
lint. The self cleaning filter, acting automatically,
is made of a rotating filtering disc driven by an A.C.
motor; such a disc is cleaned by adjustable water sprays
and allows the filtration of bath recirculated water,
holding back impurities and lint before they might be
sucked by the same pump. |
