V21 washing range has been designed for those woven fabrics needing an efficient washing and a soft transportation, with low tension.

Applications
The V21 washing machine may be used for:
- Preparation for woven fabrics
- Scouring of natural and synthetic fabrics
- Desizing of polyestere
- Washing after dyeing
- Washing after printing

Composition
V21 washing range is normally composed by 4/6 units:
ET - inlet element (same as Uniwash)
V21 first pre-washing unit at cold temperature
2 or 3 or 4 V21 washing units at warm temperature with soap and chemicals
V21 final tank for cold rinsing
UT - outlet element

V21 washing unit
V21 tank is designed to assure a very high performance. It is equipped with:
- 4 water blades, with high washing intensity for the whole fabric width, fed by 200 m3/h water recirculation pump
- direct steam heating
- screen filter
- 2T or 8T squeezing mangle with 2 vertical cylinders dia. 230 mm, covered with synthetic rubber 70-80 Sh(A), and driven by an inverter controlled motor
- the upper rollers (diam. 154 mm) are driven and synchronized by special magnetic clutches to reduce at the minimum fabric tension.

The washing effect is obtained by forced circulation on the bath which is supplied by means of a pump to some special water blades, positioned over the upper rolles: the washing effect is also due to water that falls down in counterflow respect to fabric motion direction.

V21 is studied to obtain maximum technical and economical efficiency, even in case of small production needing excellent quality.
