Vas Labo 2F is a special laboratory steamer, essential for all factories using continuous steamers and needing tests to fix prints with two phase process on cotton or viscose.

Labo actually reproduces the same steaming conditions as in the ordinary 2 phases steamer, allowing the correct preparation of the printing recipes to be used.
Its operation is adviced also for the laboratories of the colouring manufacturers.

Vas Labo 2F is composed by a pad mangle with two horizontal rollers placed under the steaming chamber. The pad mangle is electrically synchronized with the steamer in order to allow a continuous free tension passage of fabric, impregnated with alkali in the pad mangle.
The working temperature is between 120 and 140°C.
