Arioli
has achieved a new range of machines to be used on purpose
for the digital print of fabrics.
The line is composed by:
INKIT
VAPOJET
LAVAJET
INKIT
Inkit is an installation frame for a digital printing
head equipped with ink collection tray, with special
feeding kit for fabrics and jersey for digital print
machines, composed by:
- fabric feeding rollers driven by A.C. motors controlled
by a dancing bar
- selvedge opening-spreading device
- roller for fabric transportation dia. 160 mm coated
with rubber
- fabric extraction rollers with winding device, synchronized
with the feeding rollers
- heat radiant plate for prints drying.
VAPOJET
Vapojet is a new system, studied on purpose for:
- steaming
- polymerization
of printed fabrics with the inkjet digital method (knitted
and woven fabrics may be treated).
The steaming process may be achieved with saturated
steam at 102°C – 106°C and with superheated
steam at 165 – 180°C.
Polymerization and light drying may be achieved at 100
– 160°C.
Reactive dyes fixation may be achieved with the two
phase process which does not require fabric preparation
and avoids the use of urea.
Fabric capacity in the machine is 3 m, to assure a production
of 15 m/h when fixing reactives with the traditional
one phase process.
Production will reach 90 m/h when working in two phase.
Polymerization of pigments is also possible with a production
of 40 m/h.
LAVAJET
Lavajet is a small washing machine structured with 3
separate compartments, ideal for after digital printing
process.
Every section is equipped with the well known “Acquajet”
water blades, water recirculation pump, screen filter.
The system, made with AISI 304 stainless steel, includes:
- rubber coated roller dia. 300 mm having the double
function of fabrics transportation and squeezing
- electronic speed control
- squeezing pressure up to 2 t
- working speed from 3 to 30 m/h.
