The new model of the “Omega” line has been designed to reduce assembly and start-up time based on the concept of pre-assembly of the individual groups making up the line. The thermic efficiency has been optimized and new elements have been introduced so as to reduce the batch change time. The software for the line control has been simplified to run the machine more easily. All this has contributed in developing a highly functional machine with an excellent quality-price relationship.

NEW HOTFLUE TECHNOLOGY FOR HIGHER PERFORMANCE
Hotflue chamber
The hotflue section is the result of a careful study for an even distribution of the air flow. By using state of the art computerized control systems for the air flow, a perfect and even distribution has been obtained on the whole width of the fabric even on very wide widths. Two highly efficient fans located laterally on the section guarantee a high drying capacity at a low energy cost.

All the upper fabric guide rollers are controlled by means of drives that  allow fabric shrinkage during the setting process to be compensated.
The first rollers are Teflon coated for easier cleaning of the same.
The section can have either single or double threading and can be heated by means of gas or thermo-oil. The sections are modular and so it is possible to add the number of sections desired in order to satisfy all production requirements.

AIRFLOW
The nozzle box design guarantees high speed air flow without creating turbulence on the fabric. The fan speed is controlled by means of a PLC enabling the adjustment of the air flow for each type of fabric. The air circuit filters can be cleaned without interrupting production. For the heating means of the sections and for the infra-red pre-dryer it is possible to choose among all the conventional types used: for example thermo-oil, gas, electricity.

AUTOMATION

Our process control system offers:
  • Simple machine parameter setting with graphic and numerical displays. The system can be supplied with direct control of process parameters;
  • Visualisation of set values and effective values of machine parameters;
  • Extension of the control system with integrated recipe management. Extremely simple recipe setting, saving and loading as well as easy recipe modification for high quality repeatability;
  • Central production data control system (option) for status control, documentation and production planning. The data is collected on a central computer via common interface and is stored in a standard data base system.
INFRARED PRE-DRYER
The pre-dryer has a high drying capacity and it is possible to install more units in the line in order to increase production. For the heating source the choice is by gas or electricity and it is possible to opt for a constant power or an adjustable one. The panels cool down in only a few seconds and a powerful extraction assures an efficient fume elimination.
