Acquajet system, world famous and unique for the very high flow of recirculated water, is the only existing device that solves the harshest washing problems even with the most challenging fabrics (i.e. knittede goods, bi-elastic, 70% nylon, 30% lycra). This is possible thanks to the water blades flow regulation, and the fabric special carrying forward system, which minimizes tension, thus achieving high washing performance while granting transport smoothness. Arivision is our automation system that allows to program, monitor and control the machine, using a PC screen as graphical display. Every image refers to a particular function, for example:
Particularly recommended on the first and second tank, for preparation and after printing processes, above all for fabric releasing piles and lints (such as towels). Our automatic filter consists of a rotating disc driven by an A.C. Motor and cleaned by adjustable water sprays. It allows the filtration of bath recirculated water, holding back impurities before they might be sucked by the water recirculating pump. TEMPERATURE CONTROL It is a heat exchanger fed with saturated steam at 6 atm, temperature automatic controller and automatic pneumatic valve. |

TENSIONIESS FABRIC TRANSPORTATION The Uniwash line has been designed especially for tensionless washing of fabrics. The particular type of transportation, achieved with large diameter perforated drums, powered by constant load motors with adjustable speeds, allows to work without tension, while a light and very reactive compensator element provides the synchronization of the working speed respect to the other parameters.
