Arioli washing machines are the only ones equipped with the exclusive patented Acquajet system, with four water blades.
The system consists of 4 specially shaped ducts in every tank, each one equipped with a slit originating a blade shaped water jet hitting perpendicularly and uniformly the full fabric width.
MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY FOR ALL WASHING TREATMENTS
With our Acquajet system, the hydromechanic action is highly efficient in all the washing phases. Water blades offer great advantage:
  • very high flow at low pressure with 50.000 lt/h of recirculated water for balde (for every tank, 200.000 liters of water for hour);
  • very high washing performance, with 2 water blades on the upper face and 2 on the back side of fabric, for its whole width;
  • efficient removal of unfixed dyestuff weaving and spinning oils, waxes and natural/artificial thickeners;
  • very low maintenance, because water blades are not bound to easily clogging and very easy to clean, compared to spray nozzles.
MASSIMA DELICATEZZA ANCHE COI TESSUTI PIÙ DIFFICILI
Acquajet system, world famous and unique for the very high flow of recirculated water, is the only existing device that solves the harshest washing problems even with the most challenging fabrics (i.e. knittede goods, bi-elastic, 70% nylon, 30% lycra).
This is possible thanks to the water blades flow regulation, and the fabric special carrying forward system, which minimizes tension, thus achieving high washing performance while granting transport smoothness.

MODULATITY AND REGULATIONS
Arioli system are composed by independent tanks allowing the insertion of additional elements according to the required processes to be performed. Modular tanks are equipped with:
  • automatic regulation of the water flow, with a multiple control of the parameters (in-out, temperature, renewal and recirculation);
  • automatic dosing (chemical and soap);
  • pressure regulation of the independent squeezing mangles;
  • automatic adjustment of the fabric tension (both on the line, and independently on the single tank);
  • Ph reading;
  • automatic filter cleaning.
NOT ONLY WASHING AFTER PRINTING
Arioli washing machines are used for the most different fabric working treatments, thanks to their performance and productivity:
  • desizing;
  • scouring;
  • bleaching;
  • washing after dyeing;
  • washing after printing.
POLYVALENCY OF THE APPLICATIONS
With the tanks composing our machines, the following operations can be carried on:
  • impregnation;
  • pre-washing;
  • washing;
  • rinsing;
  • chemical treatment.
SAT 2 TANK
SAT 2 is a washing tank with 2 perforated drums with a diameter of 770 mm, driven by an inverter controlled AC motor, and fitted with:
  • 2 water blades on the upper face of the fabric;
  • 2 water blades on the back side on the fabric;
  • water recirculation pump for 200 m3/h flow, at 1 bar pressure driven by an A.C. motor;
  • direct steam heating;
  • 2 expanding rollers, one for each fabric side;
  • synchronization dancing bar;
  • screen filter;
  • squeezing mangle loading from 2 to 8 tons composed by 2 vartical rollers having a diameter of 230 mm, covered with synthetic rubber (70-80 Sh.) and driven by an inverter controlled AC motor.
Very high performance: water passage is allowed through the fabric, thanks to perforated drums, thus increasing performance and effectiveness of the washing action.

CAT 3 TANK
Designed with special technological features, ti uses innovative solutions to improve the washing action:
  • 2 driven conveyors, obliging the fabric to be treated in complete immersion, to assure a very uniform result;
  • water centering and expanding device at the tank outlet;
  • fabric regulation and control;
  • 2-8 tons independent squeezing mangle;
  • high fabric capacity, up to 330 m (higher capacities upon customer's request).
Multifunctionality: the long immersion time allows fabrics relaxation, shrinkage, elasticity increment swelling of fybers, thickeners, weaving – spinning oils, glues, waxes and impurities.

CONTROL AND AUTOMATION
Arioli lines are equipped with a touch screen to program and check operative functions. From this panel passing through a PLC, the following functions can be kept under control:
  • machine speed setting;
  • squeezing mangle insertion;
  • selvedge expander insertion;
  • relax tank content setting.

Some other functions are possibly available upon customer's request:

  • a menu report where meters produced, working hours and hours of stop can ba displayed;
  • an alarm menu to help troubleshooting.

Arivision is our automation system that allows to program, monitor and control the machine, using a PC screen as graphical display. Every image refers to a particular function, for example:

  • fabric process;
  • water consumption;
  • steam consumption;
  • chemicals dosing;
  • water recirculation;
  • temperature of each tank;
  • squeezing mangle pressure.
SELF CLEANING FILTER
Particularly recommended on the first and second tank, for preparation and after printing processes, above all for fabric releasing piles and lints (such as towels). Our automatic filter consists of a rotating disc driven by an A.C. Motor and cleaned by adjustable water sprays. It allows the filtration of bath recirculated water, holding back impurities before they might be sucked by the water recirculating pump.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL

It is a heat exchanger fed with saturated steam at 6 atm, temperature automatic controller and automatic pneumatic valve.

TENSIONIESS FABRIC TRANSPORTATION
The Uniwash line has been designed especially for tensionless washing of fabrics. The particular type of transportation, achieved with large diameter perforated drums, powered by constant load motors with adjustable speeds, allows to work without tension, while a light and very reactive compensator element provides the synchronization of the working speed respect to the other parameters.

VERSATILITY
Given the tensionless transportation features of the fabric, Uniwash may be used for the most various applications, on a wide range of:
  • woven fabrics;
  • wool fabrics;
  • elastic fabrics;
  • circular knits (opened);
  • ractilinear knits;
  • raschel fabrics;
  • non wovens.
  • Fabrics from 30 g to 800 g/m2.
FLEXIBILITY
Uniwash machine with independent tank, each one fitted with its own recirculation pump, may be adapted to the most different working tasks.
A wide range of accessories may be installed according to different production requirements, assuring a convenient solution to every washing need.

Uniwash
line is traditionally composed with:
  • ET inlet element, composed by a centering expander element, with guiding rollers for the fabric introduction;
  • SAT 2 pre-washing tank;
  • SAT 2 soaping tank;
  • CAT 3 relaxing tank;
  • SAT 2 washing tank;
  • SAT 2 cold rinsing tank with a high pressure squeezing mangle;
  • UT outlet element, composed by plaiting or batching device or synchronization dancing bar with dryer.
