V21 washing range for woven fabrics.





Washing unit

V21 tank is signed to assure a very high performance. it is equipped with:
  • 4 water blades, with high washing intensity for the whole fabric width, fed by 200m3/h water recirculation pump
  • direct steam heating
  • screen filter
  • 2T or 8T squeezing mangle with 2 vertical cylinders dia. 230mm, covered with synthetic rubber 70 - 80 sh(A), and driven by an inverter controlled motor
  • the upper rollers (diam. 154mm) are driven and synchronized by special magnetic clutches to reduce at the minimum fabric tension.

V21 is studied to obtain maximum technical and economical efficiency, even in case of small production needing excellent quality.

  • ET - inlet element (same as uniwash)
  • 2 or3 or 4 V21 washing units at warm temperature with soap and chemicals
  • V21 final tank for cold rinsing
  • UT - outlet element
