The modular principle and versatility of the Arioli stenter make it possible to use this machine in numerous finishing processes.





Description

The stenter has the following important characteristics:
  • Excellent fabric support during the drying phase. The fabric is sustained by an air-cushion that assures a continual relaxation of the fabric before heat-setting. The result obtained is a fabric with homogeneous characteristics on the whole width as well as a reduced residual shrinkage.
  • The nozzle design assures that the air flow reaches the fabric vertically so as to avoid structure distortions.
  • The air mixing and equalizing zone makes it possible to minimize the temperature difference between to two selvedges.
  • The spacious volume of the pressurization chamber assures an even speed of the air coming out of the nozzles.
  • Thanks to the integrated automation, the results are easily reproducible.
Components

Finishing padder
The well-known Arioli padder can be chosen with different roller coverings according to the finishing process. Even roller coverings with extremely high squeezing effect are available in order to increase the drying speed in the stenter. The trough can be designed for a minimum bath impregnation or for a long dwell time so as to allow an efficient impregnation of the fabric.
