Vaposhirt
The Vapo Shirt steamer has the purpose is to fix dyestuffs on ready-made printed garments and fabric pieces.
- Description
This steamer has the same concept of our steamer “Flash Ager” with open bottom. It works in a continuous way: the operators hang the garments on the sticks and after the requested dwell time the garments are automatically deposited in a trolley.
The machine can fix dyestuffs on cloth between 102°C and 104°C in saturated steam and between 165°C and 180°C in HT steam by an external and separate superheater.
The recommended dwell time is 30 min. with acid dyes (application), and 10 min. with reactive dyes.
