Steaming chamber for two phase prints take a low quality of fabric due to the short that the process requires.

Field of use

Indanthrene dyes fixation
The absence of air in the steam and the installation of the pad mangle right under the steaming chamber makes our machine ideal for fixing these dyes on cotton and viscose.
The dwell time of about 30 seconds at a temperature of 130°C allows the production of approx 2.100 mt/h of fabric with a machine 18 m capacity.

Reactive dyes fixation
The fixation process requires about 15 second at 130°C using silicate or carbonate in the pad mangle. Chemicals are put on the printed side on the fabric by the chrome plated roller of the mangle, a production of about 4.200 m/h is obtained using a machine with a capacity of 18 mt.

Pad mangle type FO2

The machine is completed by a chemical pad mangle with two horizontal rollers type FO2 particularly suitable for two phase liquor application.
One chrome plated roller contacts the printed side of the fabric whereas a viscoelastic rubber roller works on the reverse side of the fabric.
Special pneumatic pistons ensure a regular and uniform squeezing.
Alternatively the liquor can be applied on the printed side using the chrome plated roller.
Two cleaning doctor blades in special material are installed to keep the chrome plated roller and the rubber one clean.
