Description

Shrinking of woven fabric
Based on Muzzi’s vast experience in the field of compressive shrinkage Arioli has upgraded the line to an even higher level introducing new engineering features. The new heavy duty rubber belt unit is equipped with two thick side frames with strong tie members. All drive and pneumatic components are enclosed in the two side frame works in order to keep them away from moist, dirt and water. Furthermore all the components are in easy to reach positions allowing a trouble-free maintenance. The main drum is driven by an intelligent direct drive, without gear or belt transmissions, that maintains the power consumption at an extremely low level. Triple rubber belt cooling system for a prolonged belt life and low running cost.
Thanks to the specially engineered belt squeezer roll viscose fabrics can be treated with excellent result in terms of fabric appearance and residual shrinkage.
Due to the high position of the dynamically balanced grinding roller the grinding operation can be effected easily and in safe conditions. No talc or water is needed for the grinding operation. 

Topshrink for woven fabrics
With the patented multiple shrinkage system the finisher has got maximum flexibility ensuring excellent and reproducible results with practically all types of knitted fabrics. In this machine both the compressive and the felt blanket shrinking methods are combined. Depending on the desired fabric appearance and handle the optimum process path can be chosen.
The tension control on the range is effected by means of load cells guaranteeing extremely low tension on the fabric in all critical points.
