Free loops dryers - AFL

Free loops dryers are recommended for all those fabrics requiring a final soft touch and a regular dimensional shrinkage.




Description

This universal dryer makes use of the traditional loop system but has the advantage of allowing the good shrinkage required, having a gentle and progressive drying efficiency which can be intensified by increasing the air circulation to speed up the drying of hygroscopic and heavy goods.
Experience has demonstrated that this dryer in an excellent addition to the preparation lines, particularly when treating light goods or synthetics.
The construction of this machine is easy, the frame in welded steel supports all the introduction mechanical device, folding formation of fabric, transport and extraction. In the base of the machine ventilation groups complete with filters are installed.
The fresh air inlet and exhaust air outlet are located in such a way to permit the eventual installation of heat recovery units already incorporated in the machine.
Proper lateral ducts with aerodynamic structure convey the air to the heating batteries fed by steam, diathermic oil or other available hot fluid.
In the standard execution of the machine the fabric entry and exit are fed by folds.
In case the machine has to be used as a polymeriser the re-circulation and the fresh air inlet may be modified in a way to avoid the dangerous concentration of hydrocarbons. The entry and exit of air will be located in such a way to permit the eventual installation of an external heat recovery (air-air) unit.
