Arioli - The Company

On 8th july 1952 Piero Arioli, a brilliant engineer and technical director in an important company in Milan, founded with other two shareholders "Arval per costruzioni meccaniche srl" located in Milan with a plant in Saronno (VA).

ARVAL was the first name from which the new company developed: in fact, on 14th february 1953, ARVAL changed its company name into "ARIOLI & C per costruzioni maccaniche srl", and this name appeared officially for the first time in the story of the world textile machinery manufacture.

Arioli began immdiately its activity in the textile field: its first customers were textile companies, which were very qualified in high quality fabrics treatment.

Thanks to these requests Arioli developed in a few years' time an extreme attention to quality, one of the most importat values that have been guiding the company during its life.

In 2008, Arioli bought the trademark "Muzzi costruzioni maccaniche", so as to extend the range of products.

From January 2011, the Arioli group is enlarged further by acquiring MHM, the Austrian company leader in the manufacture of the carousel printing machines.
